Trade Sales Rep

My client, a leading builders' merchant, seek to hire an internal sales rep.

This is a 5 days on site role in Galway City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

• Assist customers in selecting products by offering detailed advice on product benefits and technical features.

• Operate our in-house stock management system and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Support the Shop Manager with merchandising.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering excellent face-to-face customer service in a retail environment.

• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Heating products or a willingness to learn.
