Telesales Executive

TELESALES EXECUTIVE | CORK | PERMANENT

Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a Telesales Executive to join its new Fuel Cards Team. The role involves acquiring new B2B fuel card customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. This is a Monday - Friday role on site with no weekends or Bank Holidays. This position has unlimited earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new leads and strategic relationships

• Implement targeted marketing initiatives and proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach and prospecting

• Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience for all clients

• Engage in regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends

• Build and maintain a strong professional network both locally and nationally

• Support marketing efforts and leverage digital platforms and social media to boost brand visibility and generate leads

• Efficiently handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective operations

IDEAL CANDIDATE|

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or account management

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with a strong track record of generating and qualifying leads

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in digital marketing strategies, including effective use of social media for outreach

• Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable

• Formal sales training is advantageous; however, training can be provided for the right candidate

• Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support

• Excellent phone communication skills are essential

• Proven ability to build positive business relationships and successfully close sales
