Our client, a leading women's and men's clothing brand, known for original in-house prints, thoughtful details, and distinctive homeware and accessories, is seeking a Store Manager to join their vibrant Belfast team.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Belfast store, leading a passionate team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring leadership: Coaching and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.

  • Customer excellence: Bringing the brand to life in-store by ensuring every customer feels valued, inspired, and welcomed.

  • Commercial vision: Driving sales through smart floor planning, visual merchandising, and performance analysis.

  • Team development: Recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing team aligned with the brand's values.

  • Operational excellence: Overseeing stock management, health & safety, local marketing initiatives, and store standards.

  • Community engagement: Championing local events and social impact through charity partnerships and volunteering opportunities.

  • Proven experience in retail store management, ideally in clothing.
