Our client, a leading women's and men's clothing brand, known for original in-house prints, thoughtful details, and distinctive homeware and accessories, is seeking a Store Manager to join their vibrant Belfast team.

What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Belfast store, leading a passionate team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Inspiring leadership: Coaching and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
Customer excellence: Bringing the brand to life in-store by ensuring every customer feels valued, inspired, and welcomed.
Commercial vision: Driving sales through smart floor planning, visual merchandising, and performance analysis.
Team development: Recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing team aligned with the brand's values.
Operational excellence: Overseeing stock management, health & safety, local marketing initiatives, and store standards.
Community engagement: Championing local events and social impact through charity partnerships and volunteering opportunities.
Who You Are
You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail setting. You bring:
Proven experience in retail store management, ideally in clothing.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for style, service, and storytelling.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on KPIs.
