Salary is £26,000 - £28,000 per year plus many company benefits

The role is permanent

Working 40 hours per week

Role Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate Shipments: Manage the planning and execution of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft parts.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices and delivery notes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Inventory Management: Maintain and update stock databases, ensuring accurate records of all logistics-related files.

• Problem Resolution: Address any transport issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience in logistics or transportation coordination.

• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Have knowledge of customs import and export procedures and documentation.
