Stock Administrator | Dublin 12 | 20 Hours Weekly
The Client: Based in South Dublin, our client is a busy and dynamic advertising company. We have immediate requirement for a Stock Specialist to join our client's team, located in Dublin 12. The role will be offered on a temporary ongoing basis initially, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis, depending on business requirements.
The Role: The purpose of this role is to manage and monitor stock. Coordinate with supplier while working closing with the Operations Manager.
Duties:
- Manage, monitor and maintain stock levels
- Create Po's and good receipts
- Place orders and forecast requirements based on business demands
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel (experience with SAP or similar a distinct advantage)
- Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Hours of work: 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9am-1pm or 10am - 2pm
Length of contract: 3-6 months initially with the possibility of further extension/permanency
In Return:
- Hourly rate within the region of €16 - €17 per hour
- Weekly payroll
