Staffline recruitment are seeking an Experienced Senior Chef De Partie on behalf of our client an Award-winning hotel in county Meath.
Reporting to the Executive Chef the successful candidate will be responsible for Stock Management, Presentation, Quality Control and Health and Safety, working as part of a dynamic team. The position is Full time, with a 39-hour week, 5 days over 7 with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Food preparation and Cooking ensuring SOPs for dishes are implemented.
- Ensuring required sections are stocked and prepared for daily service in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Buffet Management, working closely with Front-of-House staff to ensure smooth service.
- Placing daily orders and taking responsibility for deliveries including PO's and checking the quality of produce received.
- Responsible for Food Storage and Waste control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Executive chef with training, development, and supervision of staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
Strong Teamwork and Communication skills
Passion for quality food and presentation
