Job description
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef to prepare meals according to our recipes and standards. The Chef will ensure food quality, maintain a clean kitchen, and support smooth daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order.
- Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help manage stock and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with menu planning and specials.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or chef experience.
- Understanding of cooking techniques.
- Food safety knowledge or certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
