Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order.
• Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Help manage stock and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with menu planning and specials.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or chef experience.
• Understanding of cooking techniques.
• Food safety knowledge or certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
