Job description

Staffline recruitment are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie on behalf of our client a well-established prestigious hotel in county Meath.

Reporting to the Executive Chef the successful candidate will be responsible for maintain high culinary standards and work as part of a dynamic kitchen. The position is Full time, with a 39-hour week, 5 days over 7.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food using the correct method of storage, cooking and presentation whilst adhering to all Health and Safety Regulations requirements.
  • Ensure that all SOP's are implemented.
  • Assist with Stock taking and ensure wastage procedures are conducted in accordance with company policy.
  • Support and assist the Executive chef with training, development, and supervision of kitchen staff.
  • Abiding by HACCP procedures and completing all HACCP documentation as required
  • Supporting the business with continuous improvement and delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Strong Teamwork and Communication skills

Passion for quality food and presentation
