Sales and Marketing Coordinator

SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR | CLONSAUGH/HYBRID | PERMANENT |

Our client located in Clonsaugh are searching for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company who encourages and offers career progression within their team.

This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm based in their office in Clonsaugh. Please note there is parking on site and there is scope for the role to have a hybrid working model based on business requirements.

THE ROLE|

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for key duties in the coordination of sales whilst providing excellent customer service via telephone and email correspondence. You will also assist with managing the website and social media posts alongside the Marketing team by creating posts to highlight the latest business updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Handle incoming calls/ emails and process orders efficiently and accurately on internal SAP system, ensuring clients are provided with a first-class professional service
• Contacting potential and existing customers with offers and product info via telephone
• To correspond and liaise directly with customers and field sales reps providing product information and pricing
• Keep records of calls and sales on internal systems
• Create social media posts regarding latest sales business updates

REQUIREMENTS|

• Previous three years experience in a telesales role
• Previous experience in coordinating customer orders in an administrative setting
• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
• Strong IT skills with previous experience working with in-house CRM systems
• Is familiar with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Analytics would be an advantage.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deliver high levels of service excellence
