Location: Ireland / Dundalk
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 (with an OTE of €60,000)

About the Role:
We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven E-commerce Manager ready to take charge and lead our online business to new heights. You will manage a team of 5-6 experts across Social Media, Graphic Design, SEO, Back-End Admin, and Technical Product Design - driving growth and performance at every step. Your mission is clear: accelerate B2C sales, optimise processes, and push the business forward with strategic thinking and bold execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals in areas such as social media, SEO, graphic design, and backend administration.
• Implement and optimise strategies to drive online B2C sales growth and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the website is optimised for both user experience and performance.
• Manage back-end admin tasks, ensuring the e-commerce platform is functioning efficiently and products are accurately represented.
• Collaborate on the technical design and development of product pages, ensuring they align with both customer needs and business goals.
• Report on key performance metrics and lead the team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

About You:

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, ideally within the B2C sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and back-end administration.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and how to leverage them to improve online sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, Google Ads, and social media strategies for online business growth.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on results and driving growth.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise performance. Knowledge of Semrush or ahrefs required.
• A strong track record in achieving targets and leading successful projects.
