Project Manager

Our Banbridge based Client have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, to join an industry leader in UK's Building Services sector, delivering a wide range of off-site prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.

The successful Project Manager candidate would be working in conjunction with an established commercial project management team and alongside an in-house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages, hence previous experience working on commercial M&E projects at a management level is essential, either as a Project Manager/Mechanical Construction Manager or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and develop your site management team.
• Liaise regularly with the client.
• Ensure your managers & site teams are working as efficiently as possible.
• Ensure all drawings that the site teams are working to are the correct revision.
• Liaise with the project co-ordinator to ensure all high-level templates are populated and
• Ensure all plant and equipment are procured correctly.
• Track costs (material & labour).
• Assess requirement for labour and sub-contractors.
• Vet all sub-contractors.

Essential Criteria:

• Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, Projects, and Outlook
• Relevant experience with Mechanical Installation Management.
• Have Managed a team in your previous role for more than 3 years
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Travel Requirements

This role is aimed to be predominantly office based, however there will be a requirement to attend frequent site meetings. It would be reasonable to assume you would need to be out onsite at least 2 days per week or 3 days a fortnight in one continuous visit either of the two options can be negotiated to accommodate personal commitments.
