A Unique Opportunity: Working across two dynamic companies! Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an experienced Office Administrator with Marketing Skills. This is a fulltime permanent role based in Scariff, Clare.

One side of the role involves contributing to high-quality sports facility solutions, while the other focuses on delivering immerse adventure experiences and team-building activities in a stunning natural setting.
Responsibilities:
By working with both companies, you'll gain exposure to two unique but complementary industries-sports infrastructure and outdoor adventure. Your main responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails;
- Prepare and process quotations;
- Generate and issue invoices, manage bank payments and administer payroll;
- Maintain and update the client marketing database;
- Analyse and segment clients for targeted outreach;
- Manage and strengthen social media presence;
- Engage with clients, enhancing customer relationships and business growth.

Criteria:
- Experience in social media management and content creation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen analytic mindset;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
