Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Paid Advertising Specialist on behalf of leading Web and Digital Marketing company. The Paid Advertising Specialist will create and develop social media content specifically on Facebook and Google ad accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Managing clients Facebook and Google ad manager accounts
• Creating Facebook/Google ads & developing audiences from high level design to intricate details of target audiences
• Creation of campaigns and adsets across multiple media channels with ability to show evidence of theory used to build the creatives and targeting lists
• Handling and manipulation of customer data in secure way
• Writing blogs and applying back links to websites
• Researching and developing new social media strategies for clients
• Creation & strategy development of social media competitions
• Producing content calendars for organic social media content
• Keyword research for PPC accounts & SEO
• Creating proposals for new clients
• Producing by quarterly ad spend and ROAS reports for clients
• Daily contact with clients & scheduling quarterly review meetings
• Close contact with design team to produce ads relevant to clients requirements
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• Third level qualification in a Marketing discipline
• 2 years experience of working within a marketing team within a similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and proven ability of utilising digital platforms
• Proven experience of implementing a marketing & digital marketing campaigns across various channels e.g., PR, Sponsorship and social media
• Experience in content writing and running Google ads (PPC)
• Complete ad set up, optimisation and reporting
• Proficient with Facebook Business Manager and Google Business Manager
• Proficient is using 3^rd party marketing reporting tools to generate reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data Handling Skills
• Knowledge of GA4 is Desirable
