£11.55 per hour

About the Role
Our client is seeking dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Assistants to join the team at their award-winning nursing home. This is a key role within the Home, working collaboratively to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for the residents in a caring and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Home.
• Comply with all infection control measures and adhere to the Nursing Home minimum standards.
• Support operations in the Kitchen and Laundry as required.

Required Criteria:

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid work permit.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the elderly.
• Flexibility to work set hours and adapt to the needs of the organisation.
• Good general health.

Desired Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to perform moving and handling tasks involving heavy weights.
• Experience with ironing and sewing.
