Care taker- part time evening shift

Staffline Recruitment are offering a Caretaker part-time role to work for our Client window blinds producer based in Magherafelt.

About the role:

As Caretaker you will be responsible for key holding duties ensure all facilities are closed and lock up securely while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a variety of settings including office building and production facility. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks to ensure the environment is clean, organised and sanitised.

Working hours 10 hours per week evening shift. E.G 4pm - 6pm, 4.30pm - 6.30pm or 5pm - 7pm.

What we will ask of you:

• Key holding duties. Locking buildings securely.
• Responsible for brushing, mopping and vacuuming offices, toilets, corridors and canteen areas.
• Ensuring all bins are emptied in offices, communal areas and canteen and waste segregated in line with the recycling requirements.
• Responsible for cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces in offices, toilets and canteen.
• Ensuring toilets and sinks are sanitized and cleaned daily
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
• Responsible for reporting any necessary repairs or replacement needed throughout the facility.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of premises.
• The ability to travel to sites not based at Head Office.

What we are looking for:

Essential

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to complete daily and weekly checklists.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Good physical health to perform duties of the job.
• Key holding duties.
• Access to car and driving license.
