Healthcare Supervisor

My client, a provider of high-quality healthcare services, dedicated to supporting individuals in their homes with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. They deliver tailored care solutions through their skilled care assistant workforce, supporting elderly and vulnerable residents across various locations in North and South Dublin.

Role: Healthcare Supervisor - Home Help Services

Locations covered: Dun Laoghaire, Mount Merrion, Ballybrack, Sallynoggin, even North Wicklow

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Duties:

• Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessments.
• Support onboarding of new customers and staff, including training and assessments.
• Prepare and update care plans with the Care Manager.
• Address issues promptly and support resolutions and promote a positive work environment and manage conflicts.
• Take on other tasks as assigned, including HCA duties.
• Ensure timely completion of incident reports and competency assessments.

Essential Criteria:

• Full Clean Driver's license & access to own vehicle - very essential to do the role
• QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent/or working towards
• Some experience as a Care Supervisor would be desirable
