Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts - €14.80/hr - €16.80/hr
Salary: Premium Rates for Nights, Sundays, and Sunday Nights

Your Role:
As a Residential Healthcare Assistant, you will be at the heart of our care philosophy. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, promote trust and understanding, and assist with daily living activities, all while ensuring their emotional and social needs are met.
What You'll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their emotional and social well-being.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication support as needed.
- Lead and support engaging activities such as hobbies, social events, or exercise sessions to promote well-being.
- Monitor and report on resident well-being, collaborating closely with the care team.
- Create a warm, home-like atmosphere, ensuring residents feel valued, cared for, and happy.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate about providing high-quality care to others. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be working towards or have completed your QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (with modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person).
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends (shifts are 12 hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or working with people living with dementia is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the care team and residents.
- A proactive, resident-centered approach, always prioritizing well-being and engagement.
Salary & Benefits:
