Job Opportunity: Permanent Fencing Site Installer

We are seeking a dedicated Fencing Site Installer for a permanent role to work for our Client.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Rate of Pay:

• £14 per hour (Junior)
• £16 per hour (Senior)

Area of Work:

• Ballymena, Antrim, Templepatrick

Job Description

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge of fencing installation, kerb laying, or flagging, with the ability to set line and levels as per site instructions.
• Ability to plan ahead, including pre-planning sequences of works and coordinating materials, plant, and concrete supplies.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a site crew to meet program targets and complete works on time.
• Good record-keeping skills, including the ability to complete weekly work sheets and maintain daily notes in a diary.
• Ability to interpret fencing installation details accurately.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with site foremen and managers.
• Basic literacy skills (ability to read and write).
• Must possess a valid driving license.

Desirable Criteria:

• CSR card holder (minimum Skilled Labourer).
• CSR card holder for dumper and digger.
• Experience performing daily inspections of plant and lorries and completing the necessary paperwork.
• Experience ensuring works are completed, inspected, and signed off to meet client expectations.
• Previous experience operating machinery, including diggers and dumpers.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience working with a range of materials, such as concrete, wood, and metal.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Pay Rate:
Negotiable depending on experience.
