Site Engineer

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the installation of precast concrete structures on-site. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience, with a strong background in RC (Reinforced Concrete) Frame construction. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of precast installation, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of precast concrete elements on-site, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee RC Frame construction, ensuring accurate positioning and integration of precast components.
• Conduct site surveys, setting out, and leveling using total stations and laser equipment.
• Liaise with design teams, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with engineering and production teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of works to meet project deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Engineer role within the construction or precast concrete industry.
• Strong experience in RC Frame construction is essential.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
