Salary: €40,000 (OTE €64k)

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to deliver high-quality, bespoke search services to senior leaders and organisations. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and senior candidate engagement. You will focus on building long-term partnerships while proactively developing new business opportunities across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure retained and contingent executive search assignments.
- Manage complex executive-level recruitment projects from briefing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs.
- Contribute to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
- Represent Staffline at industry events and networking opportunities.
Client Management
- Provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies.
- Deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
- Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system (Stellar).
Candidate Management
- Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across multiple sectors.
- Provide detailed interview preparation and career advice.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive talent.
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing candidate support.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
- Provide regular reports and market insights to the Head of Executive Search.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong knowledge of executive recruitment practices and performance metrics.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and pipeline management.
- Active in professional networks with a strong personal brand presence.
- Degree-level education.
- Full driving licence or access to transport (travel required).
