Digital Portfolio Delivery Support Officer
Location: DHCNI
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

(Full-time working, flexible hours with a mix of office working on rota system and homeworking.)

Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in the maintenance of EPMO structures, processes, templates, and standards to ensure the effective delivery and control of the portfolio.
  1. Provide administrative support which will include monitoring of a shared mailbox, and administration of meetings, preparation of documents, office management duties, communication, organisation and minutes as required.
  1. Assist with portfolio reporting, including data analysis and the production of reports for key stakeholder.
  1. Support the management and recording of key project and programme information and metrics, ensuring data is well managed and reported
  1. Update and maintain key programme and project documentation, utilising the Microsoft suite of products and PPM toolset
  1. Maintain Portfolio Logs for Requests, Mandates, Risks, Issues, Benefits & Dependencies
  1. Liaise with programme/project managers and related project resources to ensure that project information is provided in a timely and quality manner

Requirements

1a. A university degree AND 1 years recent relevant experience*

OR

1b. An HND or equivalent recognised qualification

AND 2 years recent relevant experience*

OR

1c. 3 years recent relevant experience*

AND

2. IT literate specifically in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, MS Excel)

*Relevant experience is defined as providing or supporting Programmes and Projects in a business environment. A business environment in this context includes areas such as Programme/Project Office, service delivery, communications, finance, quality management and risk management.

3. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post

4. Experience of engaging with people and using advanced communication skills, including empathy and active listening, to establish rapport and work effectively to understand and resolve concerns.
