Onsite Account Specialist
Location: Avondale Foods, Lurgan
Hours: 15 hours - Saturday & Sunday (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000

Join a team that's committed to making a real difference! We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Onsite Account Specialist to help deliver exceptional client service. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure client satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and the success of our client contracts.

About the Role
The Onsite Account Specialist will be responsible for developing, organising, and administering the company's comprehensive service to ensure optimum efficiency and profitability for the client contract.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Work with clients to understand roles, culture, specifications, and assignment duration.
  • Source and recruit candidates for all levels in line with KPIs.
  • Coordinate and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Interview and skills-assess candidates in line with client requirements.
  • Register candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance, including Eligibility to Work, Ethical Compliance, EAA, AWR, and GLA (if applicable).
  • Deliver client-specific training (e.g., manual handling, induction) where agreed.
  • Issue onboarding information, including assignment briefing forms and handbooks.

Client Management

  • Work with the Account Manager to recommend innovative service delivery solutions.
  • Review service performance with the client and prepare manpower planning suggestions.
  • Deliver services in line with the client SLA.
  • Provide management reports as outlined in the SLA.
  • Manage and respond to client and candidate feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate worker/employee records and systems.
  • Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time, organising weekly payroll clinics.
  • Provide advice and guidance to temporary workers (e.g., performance and absence management).
  • Conduct appraisals/reviews and investigation meetings where required.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure all operations are compliant with legal and company requirements.
  • Adhere to company and statutory Health & Safety requirements.
  • Complete Branch Quality Audits monthly.
  • Support client ethical and customer audits when required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in professional account management or recruitment.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent.
