Are you an experienced and motivated nursing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager III to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop services in a fast-paced acute setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Emergency Department nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to best practices in emergency nursing.
• Manage and coordinate staff, resources, and patient flow effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development among staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Level 9 NFQ Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Department Nursing (or equivalent) OR currently undertaking this programme (essential).
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting.
• Registered on the General Division of the NMBI register (essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Emergency Department (essential).
• At least 1 year of management experience in a healthcare setting (essential).
• Completed a management training programme (desirable).
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to use relevant clinical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
