Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide radiography teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery in Cath Lab, PET/CT, or MRI settings
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring patient and staff safety
  • Contribute to the development of operational policies and quality assurance programs
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring their ongoing development and competency
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure the department meets all regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and high standards

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent, CORU registration required
  • 6+ years of experience in the relevant modality (Cath Lab, PET/CT, or MRI)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in your chosen field (desired but not essential)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competency in IV cannulation and contrast administration (for PET/CT roles)
  • MRI Safety course desirable for MRI-related roles
