Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Shannon, Ireland
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From €35,000+ per year
Start Date: Immediate (Training to begin March 2025, full takeover by March/April 2025)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established clinic in Shannon. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused leader to oversee the daily operations of the clinic, manage a dedicated team, and drive the clinic's growth to the next level. If you have a strong background in management, customer service, and are passionate about leading teams to success, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Supervise, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure the highest levels of patient satisfaction and customer service
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and financial management
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the strategic development of the clinic
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and regulations
- Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements where necessary
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience (required)
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for patient care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in healthcare management is a plus, but not mandatory
