Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Customer Service Manager will lead the customer-facing operations across the UK. You will be the face of the company for the UK customers, ensuring seamless service delivery from installation through after-sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Efficiently planning and dispatching service engineers across the UK to meet customer needs.
• After-Sales Support- Managing all aspects of post-installation care, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service processes and customer experience.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with customers at all levels.
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating field-based engineers or technical staff.
• Ability to build rapport with service providers, ensuring accountability and quality.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
