Hours: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: Rotational pattern 6am-6pm/Noon-Midnight - 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off

The Role
As a Control Room Operator, you'll work within a professional monitoring centre handling security alarm, CCTV alerts, and emergency communications. You'll coordinate responses, log incidents, and provide clear, calm communication to clients and field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control systems across client sites
- Respond promptly to security and safety incidents
- Communicate effectively with field engineers, emergency services, and clients
- Accurately record all events and maintain detailed incident logs
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and security procedures are met at all times
About You
- Previous experience in a control room, alarm receiving centre, security operations, or customer contact role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
- Computer literate with good administrative accuracy
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 shift rotation
