Customer Service Agent | Healthcare
Contract | Full-Time | Full Training Provided

Location: On-site (no remote work option)
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract
Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our clients dedicated team on a full-time contractual basis.

This role is based on-site with no remote working option available.

Role Overview:


The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our patients and clients by handling queries with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming communications, responsible for order processing, administrative support, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of our clients operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound (and occasional outbound) patient calls, delivering exceptional service and ensuring quality, compliance, and professionalism at all times.

  • Accurately input and update patient and order information on internal systems.

  • Respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to KPIs and company protocols.

  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve any service issues quickly and effectively.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.

  • Schedule follow-up calls and service appointments as required.

  • Perform office administration tasks, including updating patient management systems, reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team where needed.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and team-based initiatives.

  • Attend and contribute to daily and weekly team meetings, including management reporting when required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (prior experience in call centre is an advantage)

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional approach.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.

  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software tools (training will be provided).
