Customer Service Advisor

We are delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a Full Time permanent basis on behalf of our client, one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland.

Job Purpose:

To work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

12pm-8pm

Essential Criteria:

• Good general level of education to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent level qualifications, in both English and Maths ORa minimum of six months' customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone
• Evidence of demonstrating an approach to call-handling, in a customer service environment,
• Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities.
• Excellent level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include work related experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
