Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant for a school in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh

The Role:

As a Catering Assistant, you will be required to carry out a variety of duties including;

• Washing dishes
• Food preparation
• Food Service
• Completing relevant food charts to include temperature checks
• Cleaning

Hours of work:

• 12.15 - 2.45pm Mon - Fri
• 12.5hrs per week

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering environment
• Have an appreciation and understanding of the importance of Food Safety
• Good communication skills and good understanding of English
• Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines
• Possess a 'can do attitude'
• An NVQ Catering qualification and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous but not essential

• Rate of Pay:£11.50 - £12.50 per hr
• Free parking
• Uniform
