With our new Christmas pop-up in North County Dublin, we're looking for someone to dazzle our customers with beauty tips, product know-how, and festive face-to-face experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with flair: Drive and smash sales targets, all while leading your team to success like a true beauty guru.
• Spot opportunities: Keep an eye out for ways to boost sales and engage customers with your charm and expertise.
• Set the example: Deliver exceptional customer service at the counter, during events, and throughout in-store campaigns.
• Create a positive vibe: Foster a fun, learning-focused environment where personal growth is part of the daily routine.
• Coach the dream team: Develop your team to perform at their best and ensure brand standards are always on point.
• Keep it fabulous: Ensure eye-catching visual merchandising that wows customers and keeps them coming back for more.
• Inspire and empower: Cultivate a positive store culture that makes everyone-team and customers alike-feel their best.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week, with 3 shifts each day available from Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is key, as we'll need your sparkle across different shifts!
