Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Technician on behalf of CIDO in Portadown. This is a senior-level finance role where you will take responsibility for the management of all financial activities, reporting directly to the Chief Executive.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintain compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Full management of company finances
• Regular financial reporting to the Chief Executive
• Preparation of financial reports, including management accounts, forecasts and analysis
• Maintenance of accurate financial records in line with company policies
• Supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Contributing to budget preparation and financial planning

Essential Criteria

• Part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven ability to manage financial processes
• Excellent IT skills with experience using accounting software and spreadsheets
• High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

• Experience preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management or board level
