Role: Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Ardglass

The Role: We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant with a background in accounts to support our Client. In this role, you will assist with administrative duties while helping manage basic financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Organises office records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and business documents as needed.

Accounts Assistance:

  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Reconcile financial records and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Update financial data in accounting software.

General Office Duties:

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with timesheets and other HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative or accounts roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. Sage).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and time management abilities.

Hours of Work:

  • 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
