Staffline Ireland are recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of a leading supplier of workwear and PPE. This is a fantastic opportunity further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Account Manager will own an allocated portfolio of existing customers, retain their business, grow profitable sales and coordinate a consistent service with Customer Success, Procurement and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong contacts, understand buying cycles and requirements, and maintain regular, purposeful customer contact.
• Identify opportunities across products, departments, locations and wearer groups; turn them into sales.
• Spot declining spend, service concerns and competitor activity early. Work within agreed pricing and margin limits.
• Prepare accurate proposals, follow up promptly and secure clear customer decisions.
• Confirm requirements, quantities and delivery expectations internally before making customer promises.
• Lead account reviews, keep HubSpot records and next actions current, and provide a concise weekly update on results, opportunities, risks and decisions needed.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• B2B account management experience with evidence of growing existing business.
• Commercial awareness, strong organisation, dependable follow-through and confidence with buyers.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, working to targets and resolving issues within agreed authority.
• Workwear, PPE or related supply-sector experience is an advantage.

The Rewards

The successful Account Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus Bonus.

Location

The Account Manager role will be based in Newry.
