Job Purpose

Staffline Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring company standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance, profitability, and efficient operation of the store.
• Lead, motivate, recruit, and develop store staff to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards.
• Deliver and promote excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Achieve agreed sales, margin, and performance targets.
• Maintain the store's appearance and presentation to the highest company standards.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and within required time frames.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management as required.
• Work closely with centre management and other key stakeholders.
• Support management in identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by management.

Working Hours

• 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends where required.
• Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Annual Leave

• 21 days annual leave, plus statutory public holidays.
• Annual leave entitlement increases incrementally based on length of service
