Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting a Touch Up Painter on behalf of our client, a successful and expanding company based in Ballygawley.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect painted products for defects or damage.
• Carry out paint touch ups and repairs.
• Repair scratches, chips and other paint imperfections.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking and cleaning.
• Mix paint to the correct specifications.
• Apply paint using brushes or spray equipment.
• Ensure a consistent, high quality finish.
• Record and report quality issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
• Use PPE and handle paint materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Work with production and quality teams to maintain standards.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in touch-up painting, spray painting or finishing.
• Ability to match colours and maintain a consistent finish.
• Knowledge of paint application and surface preparation.
• Experience working to quality standards.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Good attention to detail.
• Knowledge of paint shop health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
