Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour, increasing to £16.47 per hour once permanent
Shift Pattern: Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at
Pilgrim's Donaghmore.
This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering consistent weekend shifts and the potential to secure a permanent position after 13 weeks, subject to successful completion of the temporary assignment.
The role involves working within a busy production environment and carrying out a variety of duties associated with poultry production and processing.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the area of the site you are assigned to, duties may include:
- Cleaning and maintaining production and work areas to required hygiene standards
- Vaccinating chicks in line with site procedures and animal welfare requirements
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely
- Handling, sorting and preparing eggs
- Carrying out general production and processing duties
- Following health and safety, hygiene and quality procedures at all times
- Completing tasks accurately and efficiently to support production targets
- Working as part of a team to maintain a safe and productive working environment
Working Hours
- Friday to Sunday
- 12-hour shifts
- Consistent weekend shift pattern
Pay
- Starting rates of £14.75 per hour, depending on shift and duties
- Rate increases to £16.47 per hour once permanent
- Opportunity to become a permanent Pilgrim's employee after 13 weeks
About You
We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who:
- Are comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Can work 12-hour weekend shifts
- Are willing to undertake a range of production duties
- Can follow hygiene, health and safety and site procedures
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a reliable and punctual approach to work
Previous production, food manufacturing, agricultural or factory experience may be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
