Part-Time Customer Relations Manager

Staffline Ireland are currently recruiting on behalf of our Lisburn-based client for a polished, discreet and highly organised Part-Time Customer Relations Manager to provide an exceptional concierge-style experience for private clients. Acting as the dedicated point of contact, this role will combine relationship management, premium hospitality, meticulous administration and a deep appreciation for the craft, heritage and long-term stewardship of the company.

The successful candidate will ensure every client interaction feels personal, considered and effortless, from onboarding and ownership administration through to updates, private appointments, visits, gifting and ongoing care.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - Pro Rata Basis

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-touch, white glove concierge service, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, elegantly and professionally.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for individuals, corporate clients and private collectors.
• Lead and organise creative and regular (currently four per annum) exclusive events liaising with colleagues and departments across the company.
• Manage client onboarding, including welcome communications, ownership documentation, personal preferences and cask records.
• Coordinate private visits, viewings, sampling and appointment-only experiences, liaising with production, warehouse and hospitality teams.
• Maintain regular, thoughtful communication, including updates, key milestones, storage reminders and relevant news.
• Support discussions around future options, including sampling, gifting, transfer or onward sale, while ensuring no financial advice is provided.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, preferences, special dates, product details, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Handle sensitive client information with absolute discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Resolve client queries or concerns smoothly, escalating technical, compliance or operational matters where required.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through bespoke experiences, limited releases, events, gifting and personalised touchpoints.

Desirable Criteria:

• Proven experience in customer relations, client services, private client management, luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium retail, wealth management support or a similar high-touch environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to build trust with discerning, time-poor and high-value clients.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication, with a warm, polished and professional tone.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups without losing the personal touch.
• Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential personal and commercial information.
• Commercially aware, service-led and able to recognise opportunities to enhance the client journey.
• Comfortable working independently on a part-time basis while collaborating closely with production, warehouse, sales and marketing colleagues

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role, with flexible working hours to be agreed. Some evening or weekend availability may be required for private client appointments, visits or events. Hybrid working will be considered, although regular presence will be important to deliver an authentic and seamless client experience.
