Production operative

Staffline Recruitment are currently looking for Food Production Operatives to work for our client based in Northern Ireland.

The job requires working in a fast-paced food production environment, with duties including picking, packing, checking product quality and labels, and maintaining a clean and safe working area. Previous experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday

The shifts are:

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Duties:

• Picking and packing products
• Checking product quality and labels
• Meeting performance requirements
• Working as part of a team or on your own initiative
• Carrying out basic cleaning after production
• Following health & safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Helping out during busy periods

Job Criteria:

• Right to work in the UK
• Access to your own transport
• Flexible to work early and late rotating shifts
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Physically fit and able to meet performance requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to follow health & safety procedures
• Must live in Northern Ireland
