Location: Cong, Co. Mayo
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (flexibility with this)
Pay Rate / Salary: €40k-€45k per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, sorted, and dispatched efficiently. This role would suit an experienced warehouse supervisor or team leader with strong organisational and leadership skills.

Key duties:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage operations, ensuring efficient transfer of stock between routes and locations.
- Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reporting.
- Enforce health & safety procedures and always ensure compliance.
- Train and develop team members
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience within food distribution or FMCG environment (highly desirable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
- Forklift licence (advantageous).
