Sales Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a leading car dealer. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who enjoys working with customers, is driven by results and wants the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through an uncapped tiered commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone, online, and showroom enquiries.
• Build customer relationships, present vehicles, and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate sales and maintain an active follow-up pipeline.
• Present finance and warranty options in compliance with regulations.
• Complete accurate sales documentation and coordinate with administration, preparation, and valeting teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Keep stock and customer areas to a presentably high standard.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Strong track record in target-driven sales (motor sales experience preferred).
• Confident in closing sales and offering consultative customer service.
• Highly organised, proactive with lead follow-ups, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with regards to stock presentation and administration.
• Team player and respectful to colleagues.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

The Rewards

The successful Sales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 depending on experience plus:

Location

The Sales Executive role will be based in County Tyrone.
