Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant on behalf of a premium fashion boutique. The Senior Sales Consultant role is about creating a truly memorable and personal experience for every customer. You will combine exceptional customer service with strong commercial awareness. You will be confident in conducting one-to-one appointments, understanding each customer's individual style and requirements and offering considered advice.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting warm, engaging and highly personalised appointments from initial consultation through to purchase.
• Building strong relationships with customers, creating trust and confidence throughout the appointment process.
• Understanding each customer's individual style, personality, vision and requirements to provide a truly consultative experience.
• Using expert product knowledge to confidently recommend products.
• Styling and providing knowledgeable advice.
• Guiding customers through the decision-making process with confidence and empathy.
• Creating a memorable experience that reflects the quality, personality and values.
• Maximising every sales opportunity through considered upselling and cross-selling.
• Developing and maintaining a strong personal client base and encouraging referrals and repeat business.
• Working consistently towards individual and boutique sales targets.
• Tracking sales performance and monitoring progress against targets and KPIs.
• Identifying trends and opportunities to improve individual and boutique performance.
• Taking ownership of follow-ups with customers and maintaining accurate client records to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Keeping fully up to date with new collections, designers, fabrics, styles, trends and product developments.
• Assisting with the visual presentation of the boutique, ensuring displays are presented to the highest standard.
• Stock management, deliveries, preparation and general boutique organisation.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Preferred experience within bridal, luxury, premium fashion or high-end retail.
• Proven experience in one-to-one selling and working towards sales targets.
• Experience of a customer-focused environment.
• A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and converting sales opportunities.
• Experience of tracking sales performance and working with targets and KPIs.
• A genuine passion for fashion, design, styling and luxury products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers.
• A warm, empathetic and confident approach, with the ability to make customers feel comfortable and valued.
• Excellent presentation and a polished, professional appearance.
• Strong product knowledge and the confidence to articulate the qualities, craftsmanship and individuality of each gown and collection.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell naturally and appropriately.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with customer orders, appointments and requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
