Location: Between Dungannon and Portadown
Transport is essential due to the location.

Staffline is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility located between Dungannon and Portadown.

The Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of processing machinery while ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.

Previous factory or manufacturing experience would be beneficial; however, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.

Shift Pattern

  • Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • 36 hours per week
  • Rotational day and night shifts

Rate of Pay

  • Basic rate: £13.21 per hour
  • Day shift allowance: £1.75 per hour
  • Night shift allowance: £2.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production and processing machinery safely.
  • Ensure all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Complete initial production and quality checks.
  • Accurately complete all production and quality-control paperwork.
  • Keep the factory floor and machine area clean and organised throughout the shift.
  • Ensure work areas are left clean and ready for the next team during handover.
  • Report machinery breakdowns or production issues to the Supervisor or Maintenance team.
  • Start and stop production lines safely, completing all required checks.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the correct PPE at all times.
