Marketing Analyst - Cork | €36,000

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Cork on a permanent, full-time basis.

💰 Salary: €36,000 per annum
📍 Location: Cork
📄 Contract: Permanent | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and report on performance metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, PMS and CRM systems.
• Manage and develop the company website, with a focus on SEO and AI search visibility.
• Manage paid social and PPC advertising campaigns, budgets and campaign optimisation.
• Plan and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing databases while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue across channels and product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to regular performance meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams on cross-departmental projects.
• Support content creation and social media activity.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing objectives.

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and CRM systems.
• Experience with website content management, ideally WordPress, Yoast and/or SEMrush.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and pixel tracking.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
• A proactive, professional and can-do attitude.
• Experience with graphic design/video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar would be an advantage.
