General Operative

Location: Jamestown, Co. Tipperary
Pay: €14.15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday

Staffline Recruitment are working with a well-established company in the food production sector who are looking for General Operatives to join their busy production site in Jamestown for an immediate start.

The Role

You will be working as part of a busy production and warehouse team, handling packaged meat products and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading packaged meat products
• Moving and handling products safely around the site
• Supporting general production and warehouse duties
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a busy team
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Working Hours

Day Shift:

• Monday to Thursday: 7.00AM - 3.30PM
• Friday: 2.30PM - 10.30PM

Evening Shift:

• Monday to Thursday: 3.30PM - 11.30PM
• Friday: 2.30PM - 10.30PM

€14.15 per hour, with overtime opportunities available.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, food manufacturing or similar environment is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle packaged products
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to health and safety and hygiene standards
• Full driving licence is essential, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
• Ideally living within approximately 30 minutes' drive of Jamestown
