Day Support Worker

Holywood, Co. Down
£13.45 per hour (increasing with service)
35 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Day Support Worker to support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

You will help individuals develop life skills, build independence, participate in meaningful activities, and engage within their local community.

Essential Criteria:

• QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care (or equivalent) OR 1 year's relevant experience
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a care, support, or educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and person-centred approach
