35 hours per week | Fixed term to Dec 2028 | On-call rota required

Staffline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading voluntary sector organisation for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of a community-based service for individuals with complex needs. This service is for women leaving prison that supports women who find themselves in the criminal justice system helping them to integrate back into their communities.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Community or Social Sciences
• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised individuals

OR

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory/line management experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised individuals

Skills:

• Team leadership and staff supervision
• Supporting people with complex needs
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Report writing and decision making
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management

Additional Requirements:

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel and participate in an on-call rota
