Food Production Technician
Location: Cookstown Salary: £12.71-£13.77 per hour, plus overtime Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm-7:00am Shift Pattern: 3 days, 3 days off, 3 nights
We are recruiting Food Production Technicians to join a modern, highly automated cheese and whey production facility in Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate automated cheese and whey production equipment.
· Monitor production processes, quality and safety standards.
· Maintain high hygiene standards, including CIP cleaning procedures.
· Identify and report production or equipment issues.
· Work independently and as part of a busy production team.
Essential Criteria
· At least four GCSEs, including English, Mathematics and Science at Grade C or above.
· Experience working on manufacturing lines using computerised control systems.
· Knowledge of food manufacturing standards, including HACCP and CIP/COP procedures.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Reliable, flexible and comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
Desirable Criteria
· Previous food production or processing experience.
· Food Safety training or qualification.
· Experience using Microsoft Office.
