6.30am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout the engineering processes.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement and uphold quality management systems, track key performance indicators, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Duties
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and documentation.
- Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including procedures, specifications, and records.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel
- Locating, organising, scanning and uploading of records/documents/logs, and paper record filing.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish and maintain quality control records during design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Work closely with the procurement team to administer supplier information.
- Implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality components.
- Provide training on quality procedures and processes to relevant staff.
- Support continuous learning and development initiatives related to quality improvement.
- Generate and analyse key performance indicators related to quality metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement
Candidate Criteria
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel essential - able to produce KPI reports and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in administration (1 year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) - Desirable
