Production Operative

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the Dromona team in Cullybackey.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term work within a modern food manufacturing environment. No previous production experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

· Assemble, pack and label finished products.

· Complete quality checks and follow production standards.

· Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

· Follow all health and safety and food safety procedures.

· Complete additional duties as directed by the manager.

Ideal Candidate

· Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good written and spoken English.

· Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
